Earth Day Expo Event Requirements

  • Sustainable Stoughton may request that applicants email a photo of items to be for display, education or sale. Exhibitors may sell only accurate representations of what their submitted images depict.
  • All artist work must be designed and handmade by the artist.
  • Entire merchandise display should appear finished and presentable in a professional manner. 
  • Indoor booth tables must have cloth table cloths that reach the floor on all visible sides in earth tone color schemes – NO plastic tablecloths.
  • Vendors requesting electricity must provide their own extension cords and electrical bars with circuit breakers. Extension cords must be the 3-prong grounded extension cords (no light-weight cords). All booth lights must be plugged into the artist’s electrical bar. No electrical cords are allowed across the aisles.
  • No televisions or radios are allowed in booths. Coffee makers and food are not allowed in booths except for customer purchase.
  • 10'x10' tent frames may be used for outdoor displays only.
  • Outdoor vendors may bring own generator (must be approved by Sustainable Stoughton)
  • Vendors give consent to Promoter to use all submitted images in promotion and advertisement of Earth Day Expo.
  • Vendors must set up within the marked boundaries on the floor or outdoor space designated with your name.
  • No tear down prior to 5PM Saturday.
  • Vehicles must be moved to rear gravel parking lot IMMEDIATELY after unloading on day of event.
  • No refunds after April 5, 2019 (Refunds given less $15 service fee)
